With its fruity characters and refreshing finish, Queen Adelaide Brut gives the perfect balance to this decadent dish. Starter or dessert, this magical pair will leave your guests completely spellbound.
200g Double Brie
¼ cup whole Pecan nuts
¼ cup dried Sour Cherries
1 Orange, zested
1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
Crostini and an extra drizzle of maple syrup to serve
Preheat your fan forced oven to 200°c.
Place your brie onto an oven proof serving plate or dish.
Combine the nuts, cherries, orange zest and maple syrup in a small bowl.
Carefully spoon over the top of your brie. Place gently into the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Serve the hot baked Brie with an extra drizzle of maple syrup, French crostini and a chilled glass of Queen Adelaide Brut.
